Services cancelled within 24 hours or less will be charged a $30 fee. No show appointments will charged 50% of the service fee with a $30 minimum. These fees will need to be paid before rescheduling. Showing up to the appointment 15 minutes late, we will be able to proceed with the service although we may need to adjust what service to proceed with. Showing up over 15 minutes late will be marked as a no show and appointment will be needing rescheduled. We are all human and I understand that things happen. Please communicate with me!
